Very slow, many modules are not working, many registered users in the forum but only a few are seen , only small help there.

I've built 3 sites with CMS MS and I love the simplicity and flexibility. It uses Smarty so templating is a breeze.

CMSMS is a great CMS because, like the title suggests, it is so simple.
The page creation system is easy to use, and it's easy to modify the templates and stylesheets to make the site look exactly how you want it. It also has a great community that are eager to help, and has great add-ons that are simple to use as well. I recommend this script for all your CMS needs!
