W2.0D is distributed in two versions: free and commercial. Commercial version is different from free version just by their terms of use. Free version for only non-commercial purposes, so there aren’t some e-business modules in the distributive. Also it is branded version with salephpscript.com link in the footer of each template. Only owners of full licensed version may remove this link.

Commercial version doesn’t have limits of use except resale and copyright code comments removal.
