Contact Form - PHP Script

PHP Contact Form features:
  • To block spam, a user is required to enter a security code (also called captcha or turing number).
  • The script checks that all form fields are filled and that e-mail address has the correct form.
  • HTML code validates as HTML 4.0 or XHTML 1.0.
  • Two stylesheets are included that implement standard and graphic representation (see the sample below).
