I think it’s great for portfolio or link directories. Basically anyone that would want to display a link before going through. This is different then the Snapshot plugin as it doesn’t use another site to generate images it’s all right there. 1. Download Hawkshot.zip and unzip them into wp-content/plugins folder. 2. Activate the plugin in wordpress backend 3. Browse to a wordpress page you have links in, and watch it at work. alternatively 1. Go to HawkShots Source and copy the code 2. Paste into your code wherever and modify.
