Krishanletter is a newsletter software that is based on a flat text file database. You can use it on web pages that do not have access to any database like MySQL or if you don't want to use it. It follows the development of the famous Jax Newsletter, that's no longer maintained.

The Krishanletter is not licensed under the GPL nor any other free license. It is licensed under Krishan Software License. It has been rebuilt from scratch and is now six times quicker than Jax with better database structure and other optimizations.
