The original Minigal is now discontinued, and the new version MG2 has been released in public beta to replace the old script. MG2 is the sequel to the popular image gallery script Minigal. At the time MG2 development began, the original version had been downloaded more than 10.000 times. One of the highlights of MG2 is, that it supports PHP running in safe mode which is unsupported by almost all other dynamic image gallery scripts on the web.
