IntraSITE Search is a new, free utility capable of searching static websites on servers where no database has been set up. IntraSITE Search has all the functionality of Google Site Search, but there are no ads, and it’s completely free. IntraSITE Search is open source and unique in that it doesn’t use a database; it uses a cache file on the disk. And while other search engines always load a new page to display results, IntraSITE shows results in a pop-up window, so visitors stay on the page they came to visit.
