Uiga Proxy is a free to use proxy server which allows persons behind firewalls/proxy servers to access restricted websites.

It has the following features:

With this script you can add advertising. Advertising can be presented in a number of formats from 480 * 60 Leaderboard to 120 * 60 Buttons. Banners rotate for additional revenue possibilities. In addition you can send newsletters to your users as an additional revenue stream.
