CowMail is web-to-mail gateway. It will handle POP3 communication with
any POP3 compliant email server and produce web page so that users can
check their email with a simple web browser. There is no java,
javascript, CSS, Perl, CGI, Flash, or Shockwave. For a browser, you
only need to have a browser that understands HTML (all of them :))
